Your gift set
GIFTSHOP18 has a series of gift sets for customers to choose from. However, customers are also welcomed to pick their favorite gifts in a unique gift set. To design your own gift set, go to "My favorite items", choose the gifts you like, and go to "My gift box" for the package of your gift set, but it is important to note whether the chosen box is large enough for the chosen gifts. If the size of the chosen gift box does not fit, we will notice you through email, telephone or fax and provide some advices on the size of the gift box and the number of gifts to make your set perfect.

Please note that if a customer does not show his or her preference of the gift box, we will provide the standardized package and send the gift set to the receiver.

The minimum volume of each order of wedding gift sets is 60; customers are welcomed to send us their enquiries through email. However, because of limited stock, customers are advised to place their order for at least 10 to 14 days in advance. For further details, please contact our customer service department.

How to order
To place an order, please register as our member and fill in your personal details including name, email, address, home number and mobile phone number, etc. After picking your favorite gifts, put them in the "Shopping Cart", click "Calculate" and "Finish". To confirm your order, we will send you a confirmation email with all the purchase details.

Once we have received your order, we will confirm the purchase details with you through fax, email or telephone. After we have recognized the payment, we will pack and deliver the products as instructed.



Before placing an order, please check if the receiver's country or region has any legislation or restrictions concerning imported goods. If the product is confiscated by the authority of the receiver's country or region, GIFTSHOP18 would not bear any kind of responsibility including refunding.


Tariff, Export Proof and Related issues
If the receiver's country or region charges fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, delivery fees, etc, the receiver, who is NOT the one who place the order, will have to bear the charge(s). The fees will be collected by the Post Office or Delivery Service Company of the receiver's country or region. In case the delivery of an order is delayed due to trouble or processing at customs, we bear no responsibility for this situation. We do not issue any proof of export documents, such as proof of country of origin, or export visas.


Payment Methods
To serve the needs of different customers, our website quotes the prices of products in HKD, USD, RMB and EURO (excluding the delivery fees). Customers can settle their payments through the following methods:

Under normal circumstances, we need 48 hours for preparation. If out of stock, we need a longer preparation period for 4 to 7 days. Therefore, customers are strongly advised to order earlier so that we can ensure the product(s) being delivered on time.

Please note that the quoted prices of the products do NOT include delivery fees. However, we will offer free delivery service if the order satisfies all of the following criteria:

- Products from "My favorite items" or Products of "Preserved Flowers"
- Products weighted below 1kg
- The receiver’s address is within the commercial regions of Hong Kong and Kowloon

Customers placing orders that do not satisfy the above criteria will subject to delivery fees. The following table shows the delivery fees of different regions:

Global Delivery
Overseas customers have to pay for the fast delivery fees of Hong Kong Post. Customers can also choose EMS delivery. Under normal circumstances, it will take 2 to 3 days to deliver to Asian regions, for other regions, it may take 3 to 5 days.

After the products are sent out, GIFTSHOP18 will notify customers through email, specifying the Serial No. of the package. If customers would like to know the status of the package, they can have Mail Tracking through www.hongkongpost.com 2 days after receiving the notification email.


Can I take it myself?
Definitely! Customers can pick up the ordered products themselves from our store. To do so, when placing an order, customers should choose "Pick it myself". After confirming the receipt of payment, we will reply "Products Ready" through email. One the next day, customers can come to our store to pick up the products during the office hours.

ATTENTION: if a customer settles his/her payment through credit card and has chosen to pick the product(s) by himself/herself, due to security reasons, he/she or the consigned person will be required to sign and show his or her identity card for registration. If one is cosigned to pick up the product(s) from our store, he/she has to come with the letter of attorney from the credit card holder and a copy of the card holder's identity card.

Exchanges
As the sources of our products subject to climatic and logistical influences, some products in our catalog may not be in stock throughout a year. That means we may not be able to provide specific products sometimes. Therefore, our designers may have to make some amendments in our catalog from time to time.

If there is a need to exchange the products, our designers will give you some advices or you can pick another desired product on your own, choose another delivery date or cancel the order.

When some products such as accessories, packaging materials, etc, are out of stock, our designers will make some changes professionally, without substantial changes in the original choices of the customers. To minimize the disturbance to our clients, we may only contact you about the changes whenever the product(s) that you ordered is/are out of stock.


Returns
GIFTSHOP18 only accepts returns for false products. Returns due to problems of the product size, wrong choices, etc, would not be accepted.

Returned products should be in a new and fine state, on top of the products, peripheries such as the packaging materials should also be returned. Otherwise, the return request will be declined.

Please check the package carefully when it arrives, if there are any problems, contact us immediately concerning the returning procedures. After 2 days of the arrival, GIFTSHOP18 possesses the right to decline any request of return. Customers should send the products back to us within 7 days (starting from the arrival date), or the return request would not be accepted. Delivery fees of the returned products should be paid by customers first, GIFTSHOP18 will refund the delivery fees to customer later on, otherwise, the return would not be accepted.


FAQs
How to put additional products into the shopping cart?
If you have found the desired products, click "Put it in the shopping cart". After that, the product details will be shown on the screen, at the same time, you can enlarge the photo(s) of the products. Once you have confirmed the selection, the chosen products will be added to the shopping cart.

What should I do if I have not received the confirmation email of the purchase?

We should have sent you a confirmation email once your order is processed. However, if you cannot receive the email, it may be because of the network is too busy or there are other network failures. For any queries, contact our customer service department at (852) 2317-6348.

Can I change or cancel the order?
Call us at (852) 2317-6348 or by sending us email, please also give us the order no. Please note that if the order is being process at the moment, we would not accept any changes or cancellation.

I am a member from China/overseas, and the currency of my credit card is not HK$, so how can I know the actual price of the products?
The exchange rates of different currencies are floating. For accurate figures, please check from the issuing bank of your credit cards or the exchange rates from the banks.
